Who We Are
At WISH Medical Women’s Health, we are here to walk alongside women across the Palouse who are experiencing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies. Our mission is to provide evidence-based information, no-cost medical services, and practical support in a safe and compassionate environment.
No matter what circumstances bring you through our doors, you will be met with dignity, respect, and care for your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Women come to us from Moscow and Pullman, from nearby towns like Colfax, Potlatch, Troy, and Deary, and from surrounding communities such as Genesee, Colton/Uniontown, and Kendrick/Juliaetta. Wherever you’re coming from, you are welcome here.
Years of Operation
WISH Medical Women’s Health first opened in 2006. For many years, our heart has been the same: to serve women in our community with compassion, confidentiality, and excellence.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are fully supported through the generosity of local individuals, businesses, and organizations. This community support ensures that every woman and family who walks through our doors has access to care and support at no cost.
Medical License & Credentials
Our medical services are provided under the oversight of a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) and a team of skilled nurses and nurse practitioners. Together, they bring a depth of training and experience to the care we provide.
Our staff includes registered nurses with BSN and ADN degrees, all trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound and certified in CPR and emergency response. We also have an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP, Board Certified AANP) who helps guide client care. This team allows us to combine professional expertise with compassion, ensuring that every woman who comes to us receives safe, accurate, and trustworthy care.
Cost of Services
As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, all of our confidential services at WISH Medical Women’s Health are provided completely free of charge. You do not need insurance, and you will never receive a bill.
Because we are a nonprofit and do not perform or refer for abortions, we have no financial interest in your decision. You can trust that our services and information are unbiased, compassionate, and focused entirely on your well-being.
